29 CFR 1910.303(c)(3)(i):Employer did not ensure all splices, joints and the free ends of conductors were covered with an insulation equivalent to that of the conductors or with an insulating device identified for the purpose. Tufting Machine #19 control box cord. On or about, May 8 2024, and time prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards in that a properly insulated control power cord were not provided to employees who operate the #19 Tufting Machine.
