29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: (a) Flammable and Water Based Mixing Areas: On or about May 2, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards in that they did not provide and ensure the use of flame-resistant clothing (FRC) necessary to protect employees from burns due to potential fires associated with the manual dumping, pouring, and mixing of flammable materials.
