29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and was not distinctive in color: a) The warehouse Building at 182 West Greystone Rd Old Bridge NJ 08857; The exit sign over the exit door at the northeast corner of the warehouse was not illuminated so as to be a readily-visible indication to employee(s) of the location of exit door in event of emergency such as fire. This condition exposed employee(s) to hazard of entrapment and exposure to fire and/or smoke. Violations observed on or before 5/30/2024.
