29 CFR 1910.1053(f)(2)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a) Angelo's Marble and Granite Inc. located at or near 2500 Ellsworth Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan, to include specific tasks and controls used to minimize employee exposure to respirable crystalline silica. Employees were exposed to respirable crystalline silica above the Action Level while engaged in stone cutting and finishing activities. Employees were exposed to respirable crystalline silica during an 8-hour workday of 43.484 micrograms per cubic meter (?g/m3) and 37.015 (?g/m3) for an 8-hour Time Weighted Average (TWA), which is 1.7393 and 1.4806 times the OSHA Action Level of 25 micrograms per cubic meter, respectively. Violation noted on July 24, 2024.
