29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): On or about April 10, 2024, the employer failed to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) exposure or each employee exposed to chromium (VI) when welding on stainless steel material to include, but not limited to, lifting devices and magnets. An employee that did this operation was determined to be exposed to 0.016 mg/m3 of hexavalent chromium as an 8-hour TWA.
