29 CFR 1926.1060(a):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. a) Worksite, 628 Meadow Road, Kings Park, NY 11754 - The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained on ladder erecting, placement, and use, and to recognize the hazards associated with using a Werner 32-foot Extension ladder to frame a two-story residential dwelling; on or about February 29, 2024. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
