29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition). On or about March 18, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees directing traffic at or near 5610 Wilson Mills Rd., Highland Heights, OH, 44143 were protected from struck-by hazards, in that, the workers directing traffic were flagging from within the traveled way and were not using a stop/slow paddle, flag, or automated flagger assistance device as required per the MUTCD section 6E.07 and were not at flagger stations required by the MUTCD section 6E.08
