29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4):Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition:(a) At the spray paint area, employees performing painting and material handling operations were exposed to fire hazards in that the portable fire extinguishers located in the room were coated in thick layers of overspray from the painting operations.
