29 CFR 1910.212(a)(4):Revolving drum(s), barrel(s), or container(s) were not guarded by enclosure(s) which were interlocked with the drive mechanism so that the barrel(s), drum(s), or container(s) could not revolve unless the enclosure(s) were in place: a.) PJ Murphy Forest Product Corp, drum roller dryer - on or about 3/12/24, and at times prior thereto, the drum roller dryer was not interlocked enclosures to ensure it would not roll unless the enclosure was in place. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
