29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish or implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: a. Aerosol Storage Cage - On or about June 3, 2022, the employer had not developed and implemented a mechanical integrity program in accordance with 1910.119(j) for maintaining the ongoing integrity of alarms, detection systems, and suppression systems. The employer's failure to develop mechanical integrity procedures exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards from the storage and handling of flammable aerosols in excess of 10,000 lbs. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
