29 CFR 1915.132(a): The frames of portable electric tools and appliances were not grounded through a third wire in the conductors, or through a separate wire which was grounded at the source of the current. (a) Support Barge Workshop, vicinity of 400 Marine Way, Paducah, KY: On or about 3/07/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn and shock hazards, in that the grounding pin was not present on a 115v, 15A, Evolution chop saw, model EVOSAW 380, while employees cut tubular steel.
