29 CFR 1910.140(c)(20):The employer did not ensure that ropes, belts, lanyards, lifelines, and harnesses used for personal fall protection are protected from being cut, abraded, melted, or otherwise damaged. On or about March 7, 2024, at the warehouse an employee was working from an order selector in which the lanyard of the fall protection harness had the red thread exposed.
