29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i):Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: a. Marelli North America Inc., 2371 Woodstream Drive, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402: On or about March 5, 2024, the employer failed to ensure employees were adequately protected from electrical hazards in that arc rated clothing, insulated gloves, arc rated face shield and hard hat were not provided and used while performing tasks such as, but not limited to, voltage testing, contactor resets on the 240v Heat Press Fit MC Panels #1 through #8.
