29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded. a) On or about and at times prior to March 20, 2024, at the previously addressed inspection site, employees operating the Accurpress 710010 #16 were exposed to amputation and crushing hazards because there was no effective machine safeguarding to prevent employees from the point of operation area.
