1910.1030(g)(2)(vii): The training program shall contain at a minimum the following elements: 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(I): Information on the hepatitis B vaccine, including information on its efficacy, safety, method of administration, the benefits of being vaccinated, and that the vaccine and vaccination will be offered free of charge. a. On or about December 16, 2023, the employer's training program did not include information on the Hepatitis B vaccine, its availability, its benefits, and its inclusion for employees beginning work in job assignments that were identified by the employer has having occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials.
