29 CFR 1910.147(d)(5)(ii): Where there was a possibility of re-accumulation of stored energy to a hazardous level, verification of isolation was not continued until the servicing or maintenance was completed, or until the possibility of such accumulation no longer exists: (a) At the 1508 George Jenkins Blvd, Lakeland, Florida: On or about 6/13/2024; the verification of isolation was not completed while performing service and maintenance on the trim saw, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
