29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures. a). Hearthside Food Solution, LLC on or about January 3, 2024 at the location of 312 Rader Rd, Mc Comb, OH 45858: The employer did not ensure the energized conductors (240v wire braid) on Wrapper A of the Graham Cracker Line were adequately enclosed. Employees performing operational duties, such as but not limited to, cleaning and machine adjustments in proximity of the conductors were exposed to shock hazards.
