29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. HK Cooperative, Inc. dba J. H. Routh Packing Company located in Sandusky Ohio: On or about April 10, 2024, the employer did not ensure the fire exit route from the blood room was unobstructed. There was a large water pump hose blocking the fire egress route from the blood room exposing employees to hazards associated with delayed evacuation during possible emergency event.
