29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: On or about March 25, 2024, employee(s) performing material handling activities in the receiving area of Target Corporation located at 17810 West Center Road, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to shock and electrocution hazards while operating the VMAXX-45 baler. The operator panel was damaged which exposed the live parts within which are energized to 460/480 volts.
