29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a) Lot #87 Buxton Circle, Four Seasons at Hatteras Hills, Magnolia, DE 19962: On or about 11/28/2023, employees observed using ladders that did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing to gain access. The VF Contractors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1060(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1558359, citation number 1, item number 6a and was affirmed as a final order on 07/06/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 37063 Road 351 Ocean View, DE 19970.
