29 CFR 1910.176(c): In the parts storage areas, the aisle ways were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, in that, the walkways between the metal cabinets/bins were blocked by the storage of miscellaneous boxes in and adjacent to the walkways exposing employees to trip and fall hazards: On or about November 21, 2023, at 7380 W. 20th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida, an employee was exposed to trip and fall hazards due to the presence of equipment scattered on the floor while the employee was manually moving pieces of glass from an unsecured group of glass remains.
