29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2):The employer did not establish written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: On or about October 24, 2023 in the Plant 2 Refrigeration Engine Room at Lone Star Bakery located in China Grove, Texas, employees were exposed to fire, explosion and toxic gas release hazards when the employer did not establish and implemented inspection and test procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of the equipment; including but not limited to Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) procedure.
