29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, which would enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: The employer is failing to protect employees from falls. This was most recently documented on October 23, 2023 at 16201 Ida Street, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to provide employees with training on the recognition of fall hazards and the methods to mitigate these hazards. Quiroz Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1618371, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on November 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 18748 Bedford Avenue, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.
