29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Imperial Bag & Paper Co. LLC located at 350 4th Street, Perrysburg, Ohio, 43551: On or about October 19, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that the exit route at the southeast side of the building was substantially level in that the designated exit discharge was not provided with stairs or a ramp exposing employees to a three foot fall.
