29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) On or about October 6, 2023, and at times prior to, at 1995 Elsa Street, Naples, FL 34109, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that the 480 V main breaker panel for the Eagle Concrete Crusher Machine Model 1200-25 had a broken door safety mechanism exposing operators and helpers to live parts.
