29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: Facility: On, or about, September 18, 2023, the facility did not offer the Hepatitis B vaccination series to employees who had occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials. Employees assisted residents with ADL's, finger sticks and injectable medications.
