29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: On or about September 13, 2023, and at times prior thereto, at this establishment, employees used electrical equipment with a missing covering for exposed electric live parts in the shed near the compressor. These conditions exposed employees to electric shock, burn and fire hazards.
