29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (l). (a) In the maintenance shop at 122 Mill Road, McDonough, Georgia: On or about September 5, 2023, and at times prior, employees operating a forklift were exposed to a struck by hazard, in that they were not provided practical training and evaluation of their performance, prior to operating the forklift.
