Mill Road Vineland, NJ 08360, production floor: The employer did not provide training on controlling the hazardous energy sources to maintenance and sanitation employees who disassemble, clean and repair production machinery including but not limited to can fillers and seamers, on or about 9/5/2023. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
