29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employees were not kept clear of loads about to be lifted and of suspended loads. a) Production Area, Center Bay, Metalcraft Marine US Inc., 22620 Fisher Road, Watertown, NY 13601. On or about 8/21/2023, the employer did not ensure employees using the North American Industries, 10-Ton Powered Bridge Crane, Model STL-TM-1OF, Serial Number 34455, to lift aluminum hull, Serial Number 30BP2202, were kept clear of the suspended load.
