29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) On or about 8/18/2023, 10 Casia St, San Juan, PR, Emergency Room Addition Bathroom - the extension cord used to power multiple electrical equipment was being used while conductors were exposed on the female end of the extension cord, exposing employees to electrical hazard.
