The employer did not maintain written procedures for de-energizing 20amp 120 volts up to 30amp 220volts electrical circuits for employees conducting electrical work such as, but not limited to, changing light fixtures, light ballast, GFCI Outlets, unit blower motors, and changing boiler circulating pump contactors.
