29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet: On or about July 26, 2023, at 1000 SE 8th St, Hialeah, FL 33010, employer did not ensure oxygen cylinder were stored a minimum distance of 20 Feet from acetylene cylinder, exposing employees to injuries related fire hazards.
