29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees: On or about July 22, 2023 and times prior to, at a commercial jobsite located at 7115 Clinton Drive, Houston, TX 77020, on blending line #10, ribbon auger blender, the employer failed to provide adequate lock out tag out training that ensured employees understood the purpose and function of the energy control program and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls were acquired.
