29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: 100 Village Walk, Guilford CT: On or about July 21, 2023, the employer allowed the workers to ascended ladders while carrying a 62 pound bundle of shingles to an upper landing more than 19 feet above the lower level during tasks such as (but not limited to) roofing activities.
