Electric equipment was without markings being placed on the equipment to include the manufacturer's name, trademark, or other descriptive marking by which the organization responsible for the product may be identified; and other markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. a) Amick Farms Grain Facility, Bin 12, 10392 Allans Mill Road in Delmar, DE 19940: On or about July 19, 2023, employees and subcontractors employees used a control panel to operate silo controls that did not have any markings and exposed broken lights exposing employees to electrical hazards.
