29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. (a) Debone - On or about July 14, 2023, the employer did not ensure energy control procedures for the Front Half Incline conveyor were utilized when a sanitation employee was performing hand scrubbing sanitation work and the Front Half Incline conveyor was energized, exposing the employee to a caught-in hazard.
