29 CFR 1910.29(g)(3): The employer did not ensure that cages and wells are designed, constructed, and maintained to contain employees in the event of a fall, and to direct them to a lower landing. a) 8141 Seashore Highway Bridgeville, DE 19933(Rear Rooftop Access Ladder): On or about July 17, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 23 ft 10 in to ground level below while using a fixed ladder that did not have a cage around it to contain employees in the event of a fall.
