29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a.) At the jobsite, located at 906 Jan-Mar Court Minneola, FL 34715; on or about 6/26/23, the employer exposed employees to trip and fire hazards, in that portable fire extinguishers not mounted in a secure location and identified in warehouse #2 and #3 by wall markings so that they are readily accessible to employees in the event of an emergency.
