29 CFR 1926.761(b)(4): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the procedures to be followed to prevent falls to lower levels and through or into holes and openings in walking/working surfaces and walls; and: a) On or about June 15, 2023, at the 18412 Matanzas Rd, Fort Myers, FL 33967 jobsite, employees installing a metal roof were not trained on steel erection standards and prevention of falls around skylights, holes or openings on roofs.
