29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(a): Metal storage cabinets construction. The bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet were not at least No. 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 1/2 - inch air space. Joints were not riveted, welded or made tight by some equally effective means. The door was not provided with a three-point lock, and the door sill was not raised at least 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet. (a) Jobsite: 9990 Gantry Road, Philadelphia, PA 19115 - On or about June 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure a metal storage cabinet containing flammable liquids such as, but not limited to acetone, paint thinner, etc. were not constructed with 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 and 1 half inch air space. The metal storage cabinet doors were constructed with perforated sheet metal.
