29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: On June 6, 2023, and times prior, at or near 4409 33rd Street North West in Fargo, North Dakota employees were exposed to hazards associated with metal fabrication equipment where: (a) The exposed blade of the Hyd-Mech Band Saw Model V-18 Serial # J1004121 is facing the operator and can advance to within 20 inches of the operator. (b) The Iroquois Pressbrake Model B60/100 is operated through the use of a foot pedal control on a flexible cord with no barrier guard to prevent hands from being placed at the point of operation. (c) JMT sheet roller Model CY 90-12/2.5 MG Serial # CY871 is operated through the use of a foot pedal control on a flexible cord with no barrier guard to prevent hands from being placed in the in-running nip point.
