29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by moving parts: a) On or about May 22, 2023, in the bead grinding area, employees were performing tasks such as, but not limited to using small handheld tools to smooth down pipe welds where steel pipes automatically moved into the work area.
