29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50kV or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment. On or about May 10, 2023 and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure a minimum of 10 feet were maintained from energized lines. This exposed employees to an electrocution hazard.
