29 CFR 1910.110(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that portable liquid petroleum containers were stored in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering: (a)American Engineered Products, LLC at 605 4th Street Southeast, De Smet, SD 57231: On or about and at times prior to May 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that portable Liquid Petroleum (LP) containers in the semi-trailer near the powder coat area at the back of the building were stored in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards. (b)American Engineered Products, LLC at 605 4th Street Southeast, De Smet, SD 57231: On or about and at times prior to May 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that portable Liquid Petroleum (LP) containers in the receiving area outdoors were stored in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
