29 CFR 1910.261(k)(10): First dryer. Either a permanent guardrail or apron guard or both shall be installed in front of the first dryer in each section in accordance with paragraph (b)(1) of this section. On or about May 14, 2023, at an establishment located at 3243 Whiting Road, in Stevens Point, Wisconsin; in the Manufacturing Department at Paper Machine 4, the employer did not install a guard to prevent access to the first dryer in each section exposing employees to caught between hazards.
