29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a. At 20510 East Levy Street Williston, FL 32696; On or about May 9, 2023, employees performing log shavings operations in the production area were exposed to ingoing nip-point hazards created by the unguarded Wood Chipper Shaving Machine conveyor. b. At 20510 East Levy Street Williston, FL 32696; On or about May 9, 2023, employees performing plastic pellet bag sealing operations in the production area were exposed to thermal hazards created by the Doboy HA-720 Hot Air Sealer on the Pellet Mill Bagger Machine heating irons.
