29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: Employees engaged in window replacement and upgrade on a residential home located at 2536 South 191st Circle, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet in that the two sets of scaffolding they were working from did not have guardrails or another forms of fall protection.
