29 CFR 1926.850(b): The walls or floors were not shored or braced where employee(s) were required to work within a damaged structure to be demolished: (a) At the back yard of a residence located at 403 Roy Bell Rd. Jackson, GA: On or about March 6, 2023, employees engaged in demolition operations of a barn, were exposed to a struck-by and crushing hazard, in that the employer did not shore or brace the walls or floors prior to permitting employees to start demolition operations.
