29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about April 25, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to corrosive materials from the battery recycling operations and were not provided an emergency eyewash and shower facility in the immediate work area. Employees were exposed to potential chemical burns on the eyes and skin.
